This position is for a Staff Midwife to work in a permanent and temporary capacity at Wexford General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and be committed to delivering excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional midwifery care to patients, including antenatal, postnatal, and intrapartum care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Degree in Midwifery or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in midwifery practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities.

The successful candidate will be based at Wexford General Hospital, working within the HSE Dublin and South East region.
