Job Overview:

The Sales Support Representative plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless business operations by providing expert support to the sales team. This dynamic professional must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering accurate product information and guidance.
  • Efficiently process sales orders and payments.
  • Prepare and send customized quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on quotes and inquiries to convert leads into sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain precise records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Provide superior after-sales support and resolve customer concerns effectively.
