People Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources function as a strategic People and Performance Partner.

This key leadership role is focused on aligning HR strategy with business objectives, supporting a high-performing culture, and delivering best-in-class people practices across the organisation.

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the Senior Leadership Team, offering expert guidance across all areas of the employee life cycle.
  • Develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support organisational growth.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled talent to meet evolving business needs.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes, in line with employment legislation.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, bench marking against market trends to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay up to date on employment law developments and ensure full compliance across all HR activities.
  • Support both on boarding and off boarding processes, including handling sensitive terminations with professionalism and care.
