Aircraft Technical Procurement Leader

Experience leading technical teams in procurement and logistics is key to this role.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Buyer-Furnished Equipment (BFE) milestones and procurement workflows.

  • Schedule meetings with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely equipment availability and alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to drive project success.
  • Oversee comprehensive budget management to ensure financial accountability and project success.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performing procurement team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proficient in IT, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with procurement software is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement processes within the aircraft leasing, airline, or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving targeted results.
