Senior Planning Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Consultant to join our Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a senior role in a dynamic and growing consultancy.

Job Description:

As a Senior Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for managing projects, contributing to the management of planning applications and appeals, preparing planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carrying out research, and playing an active role in all aspects of our business.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning accredited by IPI or RTPI.
  • At least 7 years of postgraduate professional experience in Ireland.
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlines.
