  • The role of Tax Manager (Global Employer Services) is to oversee a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships with them to provide high-quality client service.">
  • Assist in coordinating and working with other firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.">
  • Work closely with senior management in the delivery of GES compliance and consulting services.">
  • Provide Irish payroll advice and international payroll tax advice to clients.">
  • Advisory work involving SARP relief and transborder relief, taxation of share-based remuneration, and home/host country tax briefings for employees.">
  • Contribute to the development of technical knowledge and training of staff.">
  • Manage commercial aspects of client portfolios and contribute to the operational management of the tax division.">

Requirements

  2. ITI or ACA/ACCA qualification.">
  3. Demonstrated relationship-building skills and ability to manage diverse client portfolios.">
  4. Innovative problem-solving skills and strong technical expertise in GES tax advisory services.">
  5. Leadership experience and team management skills.">
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.">
