Job Title: International Employment Tax and Global Mobility Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an International Employment Tax and Global Mobility Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing advisory services on employment tax matters, including tax-free employee incentives, benefit-in-kind (BIK) plans, termination payments, PAYE health assessments, and Revenue audits.
The successful candidate will also address global mobility concerns, such as cross-border employment arrangements, business-related travel for individuals, remote worker scenarios, and expatriate tax return compliance. Key responsibilities will include working with the team to develop and manage client portfolios, becoming a technical expert in employment taxes and personal tax issues for international mobile employees, developing close client relationships, and advancing people management skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- AITI/CTA qualification
- Strong academic background
- Managerial experience or project management experience
- Experience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees
- Client-facing experience in a tax team
- Irish tax expertise
