Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the regional profit and loss (P&L) for the Honeywell Thermal Solutions business in the EMEA region, focusing on delivering top-line revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
  • Develop a robust management operating system to establish efficient processes and enhance operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
  • Facilitate offering management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region, driving market demand for offerings.
  • Define and execute the product and technology roadmap to cater to the unique needs of Thermal Solutions customers in a differentiated manner.
  • Promote operations, sourcing, and finance functions aligned with a common vision, ensuring best-in-class performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Attract and develop a top talent pool to drive the growth of the Thermal Solutions business in the EMEA region.
  • Determine an effective capital allocation strategy to facilitate regional business growth targets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in guiding strategic deployment, operations, business management, sales, or program management.
  • Prior experience in a guiding role, either as a sales guide or general manager.
  • A proven track record of delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business.
  • Ability to demonstrate a successor and business/sales guide succession and development plan, along with execution.
  • Strong financial knowledge encompassing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow, and working capital mechanics.
  • Capacity to deploy and run a Financial Pulse Management Operating System (MOS), as well as a Sales MOS.
