  1. Lead and manage all wedding, banquet, and event operations within the hotel

  4. Deliver clear service briefings and supervise staff on the floor during events

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar events or banqueting management role in a 4-star hotel or equivalent
  • Hospitality qualification is a plus
  • Strong experience managing weddings and private functions
  • Confident leading teams in a high-volume service environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
  • Full legal right to work in Ireland
