Join us to take on a challenging role as Electrical Design Engineer within our Critical Systems team. We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer with excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills and gain experience working on large-scale data centre projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-scale projects and leading teams of engineers to deliver high-quality electrical designs.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across various disciplines to drive and manage the delivery of technically excellent and profitable projects. Your expertise and enthusiasm will be key in helping to develop less experienced engineers and supporting senior staff within the team.

We are looking for someone who is well-organized, confident, and able to communicate effectively with clients. If you are motivated by challenges and have a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

  • The ability to take ownership of tasks and think around problems.
  • Capacity to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary design environment.
  • Organized and confident communicator with client-facing skills.

Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng).
  • Significant experience in an electrical engineering role within the critical systems/data centres.
  • Ability to manage small to medium-scale projects and lead teams of engineers.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to skill development and professional excellence.
