Clinical Account Manager for Surgical Devices

Urology Specialist Sales
">We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a urology specialist. In this role, you will promote surgical devices to key opinion leaders and large hospital groups across the Dublin/Leinster territory and sometimes outside of territory.
">Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Nurturing existing customer relationships and supporting their clinical requirements.">
- Growing and managing clinical relationships on territory.">
- Promoting the company's range of products and solutions in-theatre.">
- Educating and demonstrating specific products being sold.">
- Achieving pre-agreed targets and market share in both a key account management and new business sales environment.">
- Attending exhibitions and clinical meetings as required.">
- Acquiring, maintaining, and keeping up-to-date knowledge of the territory.">
- Reporting monthly on sales activity and quarterly on sales performance.">
- Managing company assets within the territory.">
- Liaising with colleagues from other parts of the business to ensure cross-business opportunities are maximised.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- At least 3-5 years' experience in surgical devices sales.">
- A third-level qualification (minimum: Honours Bachelor Degree).">
- The ability to articulate highly technical information to a diverse audience of medical professionals.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Credibility, influencing skills, and the ability to build effective, collaborative relationships.">
- Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task under time constraints.">
- Effective presentation skills.">
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.">
- A full driving license.">
