Technical Biologics Project Manager

Develop high-quality proposals that meet complex biologics project requirements. Translate technical information into actionable solutions to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess technical requirements for cell line development, upstream/downstream processing, formulation, and analytics.
- Define project solutions and scope through internal team workshops.
- Create compelling proposals with timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Present proposals to stakeholders, highlighting solutions and value.
- Maintain reusable content and case studies for biologics projects.
- Support project handovers for smooth initiation.
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in bid writing, proposal management, or technical sales in biologics development.
- Strong understanding of biologics CMC processes and requirements.
- Quickly understand and frame complex biologics challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/proposal tools.
