Job Title: Health & Safety Professional

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified health and safety professional to join our team as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor. This role will be based in Dublin and will involve working closely with site management, contractors, and workers to promote a positive health and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor our EHS Management System on the project.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture among site management, contractors, and workers.
  • Conduct regular inspections and generate reports to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
  • Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree or diploma in EHS (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • At least 8 years of experience in health and safety roles.
  • Previous construction experience is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
