Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to deliver high-quality grounds services across our site. If you take pride in your work and understand the importance of health and safety, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and specialist grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, spraying, pruning, and litter picking.
- Operate a range of equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and personal protective equipment to a high standard and report any defects.
- Record completed work using mobile technology.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet quality and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance role.
- A good understanding of health & safety procedures and safe equipment use.
- Full UK driving license (preferred).
- Spraying qualifications (PA1 & PA6) and/or horticultural certification (desirable).
- A proactive, professional attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
