Grounds Maintenance Contract Professional

A dynamic and experienced contract manager is sought to lead the execution of multiple grounds maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily management and performance of grounds maintenance contracts, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and highest quality standards.
- Identify, price, and supervise additional works on existing sites to achieve targets.
- Lead and manage operational teams, training staff to deliver top-tier services.
- Recruit field teams and directly employed staff when required, increasing operational output.
- Plan work schedules for optimal efficiency, overseeing resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality requirements.
- Develop a proactive client engagement approach, building strong relationships with clients.
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the grounds maintenance industry.
- Previous experience supervising or leading teams across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Problem-solving ability and proactive attitude.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to different sites as required.
