Electrical Engineer Role

A dynamic opportunity exists for an Electrical Engineer to join our team and take on a pivotal role in the energy industry. Located in Kildare, this position offers a chance to work on exciting projects and contribute to the company's growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and understanding schematics, GA plans, and project specifications. They will also design development, validate equipment, and systems. A trade background with a third-level qualification is essential, along with the ability to develop scopes, specifications, and carry out LV design.

Key responsibilities include reporting to the Project Manager on project progress, risks, and issues. The candidate must also analyse supplier information for alignment with design specifications, co-coordinate on projects, and possess knowledge of Trimble Pro design, Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

An excellent communicator with strong IT skills, the ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment. They must be able to drive a large-scale project and ensure the Construction Team adheres to all Contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on multi-discipline projects and hold a Degree in Engineering or Management. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience within the industry would be beneficial. Strong commercial knowledge and understanding are also essential.
