We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Customer Support team.
About the Role:- This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing timely and accurate support to our customers via various channels.
- You will be responsible for guiding customers through system navigation and usage, identifying their needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Troubleshoot service disruptions, taking ownership of customer queries from start to finish.
- Engage with customers through multiple support channels, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Digital literacy at a proficient level.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
