Senior Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced account management professional to join our team as an Associate Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving successful client relationships with corporate clients in the Small to Medium Business (SMB) market.
As a key member of our account leadership team, you will focus on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure engagement in products through discovery, training, and guaranteeing that the investment made in LinkedIn's solutions best meets the clients' needs.
- Maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship by executing small account contract renewals.
- Own, drive, and manage the renewal process for a high volume of customers to achieve timely closure.
- Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure.
- Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement as required to address any challenges.
- Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Accurately maintain a quarterly forecast of renewals in your territory to ensure seamless execution.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess fluency in both German and English, as well as 1+ years of experience in sales or account management with a focus on negotiating contracts.
