Are you ready to take on a new challenge in commercial clients and general insurance? This role offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office, supporting a dynamic team of like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Global Clients within a busy broking environment
  • Manage clients' renewals from start to finish, assisting with day-to-day client and carrier queries
  • Vet insurance and supporting documentation against defined requirements/standards
  • Support the claims team in handling insurance claims
  • Assist colleagues across general lines products
  • Review policy wording and build strong relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Secure and retain clients through excellent service delivery

Requirements:
  • Strong relevant experience in the insurance broking sector
  • CIP qualified (minimum), progressing to ACII desirable
  • Meet Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards
  • Provide evidence of CPD hours (min 2 year)
  • Desire to improve knowledge across general insurance products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver on objectives
  • Strong customer focus and keen eye for detail
