The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our credit control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing collection calls and correspondence for key accounts, communicating with business units on account queries, and monitoring aged debtors.
- Handle collection calls and correspondence for key accounts in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Be a key contact between teams to ensure prompt payment of debtor accounts
- Communicate with teams on account queries from debtors and internal departments
- Monitor aged debtors and coordinate with teams to optimize collections
- Report on key performance indicators to commercial and finance teams
- Coordinate month-end processes
- Perform credit checks for new customers and review existing customer credit limits according to our group credit policy, maintaining accurate records
- Adhere to all departmental policies; meet targets such as days sales outstanding and cash collection targets
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, projects, audits, and other tasks to support the business
We are looking for someone with a business-related qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role in a multinational environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excel skills are essential.

- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounts receivable or credit control role in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of billing and collections processes
- Strong communication skills in fluent English
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling large data reports
- Strong Excel skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with large debtor ledgers is desirable
- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, is desirable
