Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Person In Charge, responsible for leading and managing staff within our organization.

This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, Social Work or a related field.
  • A strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in management or supervisory roles within the health or social care sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and motivate staff to achieve high-quality service delivery.
  • To ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for staff development and training.

Requirements
