Overview of the Search Operation - Model Data TeamThis team focuses on providing high-quality training and testing data for TikTok's search models. Their work involves building and optimizing platform tools to support efficiency and onlineization of search annotation evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely quality inspection of labeled data.
- Develop and maintain labeling guidelines, provide support for guideline training, and ensure alignment with updates.
- Conduct calibration meetings with the labeling team in the appeal process, analyze cases, record performance, and offer solutions to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with R&D and PM to provide feedback on data quality.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Excellent language skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of search engines.
- In-depth knowledge of local culture and internet usage habits.
- Strong ability to learn new concepts.
- Familiarity with common office software and labeling experience is preferred.
