Infrastructure Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talented professionals with experience in construction recruitment and full-cycle recruitment expertise are invited to join a dynamic team in shaping the future of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify key roles and lead candidate negotiations, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external agencies.
  • Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms, including job boards and professional networks, to attract top talent and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers with real-time progress and insights, providing stakeholders with accurate information for informed decision-making.
  • Source candidates creatively using online channels and professional platforms, leveraging expert knowledge of the Engineering and Construction sectors.
  • Screen CVs thoroughly and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to final offer management.
  • Oversee the full interview lifecycle, including post-interview feedback and offer management, to guarantee a positive candidate experience and high-quality hires.
  • Lead hiring meetings to assess pipeline health, hiring goals, and strategic workforce planning, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Benchmark against industry standards and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Presentation of detailed recruitment reports to leadership on hiring metrics and progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction recruitment, either internal or agency, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top talent.
  • Full-cycle recruitment expertise with strong sourcing and selection skills, including exposure to hiring in Engineering or Construction sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a solid understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Comfortable using various interview formats and ATS platforms, with excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Results-driven, energetic, and proactive approach to identifying recruitment solutions, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
