  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in building services management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building services management, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
