Job Overview

Docusign's agreement platform is a cutting-edge tool that enables businesses to accelerate their processes and simplify people's lives. The platform unleashes business-critical data trapped inside documents, reducing time, money, and opportunity costs.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for building industry-leading AI/ML solutions using computer vision, NLP, and document understanding expertise. Your role will involve leveraging latest architectures and technologies to develop Docusign IP and solve complex NLP challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the technologies, methods, and architecture within Docusign product development.
  • Apply computer vision for document understanding tasks such as layout and object detection, image classification, and tagging.
  • Work closely with engineering partners to deploy models into production, build scalable AI systems, monitor, and improve performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate user scenarios and product requirements into designs and plans for robust, customer-agnostic machine learning solutions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years related experience with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the research, development, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama, etc.) in production environments.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring minimum 2 days per week in-office presence. Access to an office location is necessary for this role.
