Your main duties will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Performing small cleaning tasks to maintain the hotel's high standards.
  • Supervising the night porter and ensuring that all duties are completed efficiently.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to guests in person, via phone, or email.
  • Maintaining hotel security by following established safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.

To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. Experience in customer service and familiarity with Guestline PMS systems are highly valued.
