Job Title: Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in the kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of food production, menu creation, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

• Assist with managing the production of food to exceptional standards
• Contribute to the creation of imaginative menus
• Implement, monitor and comply with food hygiene and HACCP procedures
• Implement, monitor and comply with Health & Safety Procedures
• E nsure quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to
• Stock rotation, ordering and recording as required
• Assist with the management and supervision of the kitchen brigade

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2-3 years relative experience in a restaurant, hotel or golf resort
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English
• Highly organized with strong team player skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
