We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis & DBA Specialist to join our IT team at Tirlan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's SAP Landscape, ensuring the platform is secure, performs well, and is always available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain the organization's SAP Landscape
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify requirements for the SAP Landscape and prioritize development efforts
  • Track and report on SLA adherence of the managed service provider for SAP Landscape
  • Manage the managed service provider for the SAP Landscape, ensuring security, performance, and availability
  • Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans for the SAP environment
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP systems, identifying and resolving any issues
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and access controls for SAP systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all SAP systems and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as an SAP Basis administrator or DBA
  • Oracle experience with familiarity of database design and upgrades, coding, and performance tuning
  • SAP Basis administration skills, along with database management languages
  • Proven experience with SAP database management systems such as SAP HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform or related SAP Cloud services
  • Data backup and recovery methodologies and disaster recovery planning for SAP environments
  • Experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance of SAP systems
