We are seeking a skilled Custody Senior Analyst to join our team.

This position will serve as a primary contact for custody clients and provide timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.

You will perform reviews of daily service and transaction work and actively participate in the execution of client account conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively respond to custody related client inquiries on a daily basis
  • Work with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
  • Complete monthly client reporting requirements
  • Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service related metrics
  • Participate in team based project work and audits
  • Monitor receipt of all client documentation and analyze exposure of missing documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years + related custody experience
  • Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment
  • Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg and Reuters
