Custody Client Specialist

About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Custody Client Specialist in our Dublin office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively with internal departments to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to custody-related client inquiries on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit monthly client reporting requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and analyzing client service-related metrics.
- Participate in team-based project work and audits.
- Monitor receipt of client documentation and analyze exposure of missing documents.
- Evaluate and escalate claims payments and invoice collection as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of related custody experience.
- Prior experience working in a client-serving environment.
- Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and Reuters.
