Activities Coordinator Job Description

Beechfield Manor Nursing Home is seeking an Activities Coordinator to provide high-quality care to residents. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for resident activities that meet their functional needs and reflect their interests.

Duties Include:
  • Planning and scheduling a program of individual and/or group activities based on resident needs
  • Coordinating and participating in activities designed to promote social interaction, reality orientation, and intellectual stimulation
  • Providing in-room activities for residents who are confined or prefer to remain in their rooms
  • Completing activity assessment and care plan documentation
