Job Title: Asset Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Growth Specialist to oversee and enhance performance across our residential portfolios on behalf of institutional investors.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining high-quality portfolio performance through strategic oversight and growth initiatives
  • Supporting investment analysis and execution of new acquisitions, ensuring alignment with investor goals
  • Assisting in capital raising efforts (debt & equity), fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, driving business growth
  • Conducting market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to inform investment decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in real estate investment or asset management, with a strong track record in portfolio growth
  • Strong financial and analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Argus a plus), with ability to interpret complex data
  • Bachelor's in business, economics, or mathematics (CFA/MBA a bonus), demonstrating a solid foundation in finance and analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, driven to deliver results

Additional Requirements:

  • Chartered Surveyor and a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, with a deep understanding of asset management principles
  • 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry, with a proven ability to drive growth and performance
  • Strong knowledge of asset management practices, with ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
