We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to play a key role in managing the full cost lifecycle of multiple high-value projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead cost planning, estimation, and commercial management across various projects within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost planning, estimation, and commercial management across multiple projects.
  • Prepare detailed cost plans, including bills of quantities and feasibility studies.
  • Conduct risk and value management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor progress and maintain cost control throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee procurement processes, valuations, and final account procedures.
  • Produce accurate reports, forecasts, and budget analyses to support project decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project delivery meets expectations.
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction law and contractual obligations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
