About the Job:

We are seeking a Business Development Tender Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating tender responses for public and private sector clients in Ireland and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in a corporate/professional services firm, preferably with experience in tendering processes. Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication, project management, time management, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Response Management: Manage and co-ordinate tender responses for public and private sector clients.
  2. Tender Document Management: Maintain and develop tender documents and tender library.
  3. Presentation Preparation: Draft and prepare presentations for pitches and tenders.
  4. Project Coordination: Liaise with solicitors across the firm on a daily basis and coordinate projects as required.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication, project management, time management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
