Work closely with the business development team, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and organise bid-related information.
Conduct in-depth research into project requirements, competitor analysis, and market trends to strengthen the competitiveness of bids.
Promote effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality bids.
Assist in the creation of compelling proposal content and presentations, highlighting the firm's unique capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients.
Requirements: Proven experience in bid management, ideally within a professional services environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in bid management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels.
