We are seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead complex service transitions between external suppliers. At Fruition Group, we have embarked on ambitious projects that require meticulous planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of service and people migration from one supplier to another, ensuring seamless continuity in business operations.
  • Develop and manage detailed transition plans, aligning with stakeholder expectations and driving project delivery forward.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and interdependencies, proactively mitigating issues and maintaining momentum throughout the project.
Commercial & Supplier Management
  • Lead negotiations with external suppliers, securing fair and competitive pricing through effective use of price books and benchmarking techniques.
  • Drive commercial discussions on work packages, service levels, and pricing models, fostering collaborative relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Programme & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the central point of contact for all migration-related activities, providing timely updates and expert guidance to stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and third parties to align on objectives and delivery, ensuring collective understanding and shared ownership.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale service migrations between suppliers, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in negotiating contracts, pricing, and supplier performance, leading to cost-effective solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of handling competing external parties with diplomacy and authority, fostering trust and confidence.
