  • Facilitate participation in recreational and leisure activities, promoting socialization, skill development, and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 7 qualification in Social Care Studies or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
