Job DescriptionThe NGO Partnerships Manager plays a key role in expanding our reach and impact by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with NGOs at a national level. The successful candidate will leverage partnerships to enhance service delivery, drive joint initiatives, and secure additional resources and funding opportunities. They will also monitor partnership performance, represent the organisation in national forums, and contribute to sector-wide advocacy and collaboration efforts.
Responsibilities- Proactively research and establish strategic partnerships with NGOs to support program expansion and impact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with NGO partners to foster collaboration and shared objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align partnerships with organisational goals and strategy.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance service delivery, develop joint initiatives, and maximise the reach and effectiveness of programs.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships that bring additional resources, expertise, or funding to strengthen organisational initiatives.
- Track and assess the impact of NGO partnerships, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and organisational objectives.
