About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to join our team as a Healthcare Access Coordinator. As a Patient Support Operative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

You will be responsible for managing customer bookings, processing payments, and updating electronic medical records. You will also work closely with clinicians to provide administrative support and coordinate referrals to specialists.

To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike. You will also need to be proficient in using computerised systems for scheduling and billing.
