This is a key role in promoting careers in the built environment by engaging with students, schools and education partners. It plays a pivotal part in promoting our organisation's mission to inspire and educate.

Job Summary

The Education Coordinator will be responsible for promoting our career goals among second-level and third-level students. This includes delivering and managing national school outreach programs, building strong relationships with guidance counsellors, teachers and other stakeholders, and developing engaging marketing materials and digital content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote careers in surveying to second-level and third-level students through various mediums.
  • Deliver and manage a national school outreach programme to promote our organisation's mission.
  • Build strong relationships with guidance counsellors, teachers and other stakeholders to advance our career goals.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials and digital content to promote our organisation's services.
  • Represent our organisation at events, open days and career fairs to showcase our work.
  • Support student membership growth and engagement by providing resources and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on communication and promotion strategies to achieve our organisational goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in education, training or administration roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content creation to develop engaging materials.
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Confident presenting to student audiences to showcase our organisation's services.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Full clean driving licence desirable.
