Product Innovation Manager Job

This is a senior-level role that involves leading the project management of new product innovations in the EU market.

This is a 6-month secondment opportunity for professionals who are looking to drive business growth and expansion through innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of new products across manufacturing sites.
  • Identify and align critical project targets including timing, volumes, and product cost goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across manufacturing sites.
  • Influence and coordinate a network of resources to ensure timely task completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define necessary tasks, responsible parties, and deadlines.
  • Optimize the supply chain to ensure alignment with launch timelines.
  • Monitor key metrics to assess project performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage escalations and hyper care initiatives to safeguard critical project timelines.
