Overview
Lead the project management of new Innovations for the EU market, ensuring seamless execution across the supply chain.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and proactive risk management to meet launch timelines and business objectives.
This is a 6 month secondment role.
Responsibilities
Drive the execution of new products across PGCS manufacturing sites.
Identify and align critical project targets including timing, volumes, and product cost goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across PGCS manufacturing sites.
Influence and coordinate a network of resources to ensure timely task completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define necessary tasks, responsible parties, and deadlines.
Ensure the PGCS supply chain is optimised and aligned with launch timelines.
Monitor key metrics to assess project performance and drive continuous improvement.
Manage escalations and hyper care initiatives to safeguard critical project timelines.
Qualifications
Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Skilled in influencing and driving decision-making across multifunctional teams under tight timelines.
Capable of leading through uncertainty and making balanced decisions with limited information.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong influencing skills across all levels of the organization, leveraging networks to achieve results.
