Job Title: Accommodation Operations Manager.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Operations Manager to lead our accommodation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the efficient running of the Accommodation department, ensuring guest care and comfort are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate the efficient running of the Accommodation department
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and operating costs within the accommodation department
  • Manage and motivate a high-performance team to achieve a high level of performance and customer service
  • Ensure procedures, SOPs, and systems are in place across the Accommodation department
  • Conduct daily inspections and co-ordinate work schedules in all areas

Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a hotel Accommodation department, with a working knowledge of Opera cloud PMS or equivalent. They will also possess excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, with the ability to influence change. A 3rd level Hospitality Diploma or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
