Job Title: Accommodation Operations Manager

The role of Accommodation Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of the accommodation department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning, and implementing strategies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the accommodation department, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Monitor team performance, provide task breakdowns, and conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement company policies through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleanliness, health & safety, and overall departmental performance.
  • Implement proactive cleaning practices, rostering, and administration duties including emails, monitoring business levels, and ordering procedures.
  • Utilize various systems and engage in forward planning to drive the department's growth and success.
