Job Title: Accommodation Team Lead

This role is a key leadership position within the hotel's accommodation department, reporting directly to the Accommodation Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and forward planning of the department, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained and that maintenance-free accommodations are provided.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the accommodation team to ensure effective delivery of services.
  2. Develop and implement operational plans to maintain high standards of cleanliness and accommodation quality.
  3. Collaborate with the Accommodation Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
