Job Description

The Production Supervisor will oversee the management of Process Specialists, production operators, and line leaders, ensuring the safety of team members and compliance with quality standards. This role involves creating and updating production plans daily, leading shift performance meetings, and collaborating with other shifts and departments to share best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and motivate teams to deliver exceptional performance metrics and KPIs in an ISO13485 manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance to develop, maintain, and execute a workable production plan across three shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to Personnel Management, Safety, Quality, Regulatory, Housekeeping, and Environmental systems by all team members.
  • Develop high-performing teams through training, coaching, and mentoring to meet company expectations.
  • Align Operational plans with the Site Production manager to ensure strategy implementation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all areas using best international practices.
  • Facilitate investigations, troubleshooting, and reporting on process failures, product defects, and non-conformance.
  • Participate in work center improvement groups and project teams to improve quality, reduce costs, increase output, eliminate waste, and enhance the environment and working conditions.
  • Conduct performance management of direct reports to support team development and meeting company objectives.
  • Liaise with quality, warehousing, planning, customer service, and other manufacturing teams to achieve necessary outcomes.
  • Manage process flows, space management, and resource allocation to maximize usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum level 6 in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of production team-leading experience in a manufacturing environment.
