Title: Cell Lead Location: Clare Fully Onsite Permanent Role Report To: Production ManagerTo successful candidate will increase output and fulfil all functions related to the production of company manufactured products in relevant cell.Responsibilities:Manufacture batches in compliance with SOPs to include filling, capping, and sealing as required.Conduct appropriate and fit for purpose preventative maintenance on all equipment and conduct calibration and checks on equipment as per schedule.Contribution to lean to include 6S, Kaizen, Kanban and Lean.Specific cell waste management to make sure correct waste stream storage before disposal.Communicate with team members on material requirements.Compliance with all health and safety standards and responsibility for housekeeping within the cell.Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with colleagues for QC and planning to make sure demand requirements are met within the allocated timeframe.Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and capacity.Train and mentor production operators and technicians within the cell and ensure targets and deadlines are met.Help with upskilling and cross training when required and contribute to cross functional teams.Complete training and upskilling.Management of the Work Compass Platform and Time Management System for the cell.Lead cell specific daily Performance Issues and Target meetings and contribute to the wider daily production PIT meeting.Additional duties may be assigned as required.
