Support Worker Role
Providing quality care services is our top priority. Our team of dedicated Support Workers play a vital role in delivering personalised support tailored to each individual's needs.

We are currently recruiting for Full-time and Part-time positions in our Adult Community Based Mental Health Residential service.

Job Description:
The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated individuals who possess high levels of competence and can demonstrate this through their qualification and experience in meeting regulatory requirements, best practice standards, and understanding the varied needs of each individual. The role involves supporting individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while helping them to develop and reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills.
  • Assisting individuals in achieving their goals and promoting independence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Providing person-centred care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each individual.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have a minimum QQI LEVEL 5 qualification in Health Care and or Social care or relevant equivalency.
  • Knowledge of best practice in Residential Centres.
  • Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing and planning skills.
  • A deep commitment to each individual's rights and protection.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
