We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate professionals to support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their daily lives.

As a social care worker, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that promotes independence and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their daily routines
  • Work alongside a collaborative team to develop personalised care plans
  • Manage or respond to challenging behaviours when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent in Health/Social Care)
  • At least 1 year's experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Strong understanding of adult safeguarding legislation and national social care policies
  • Full, clean manual driver's licence and access to own car
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
