Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to drive meaningful change and support key initiatives. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with specialist centres of excellence to deliver impactful results.

  • Advise and support on all HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, and organizational design.
  • Support key negotiations with trade unions on employee relations issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers, encouraging a culture of learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, investigate root causes, and develop evidence-based solutions.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to implement the Segment People strategy and plan, supporting the UK&I People strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-business unit processes and communications to ensure consistent delivery and implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards).
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in HR advisory/assistant business partner roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication/influencing skills.
